Terms and Conditions for Win Your MOT Competition

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over except employees of Cartopia | GDK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must:

   • Have a valid MOT certificate issued by Cartopia | GDK.

   • Tag Cartopia and three friends in a post on social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok).

   • Follow Cartopia on at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok.

   • Share the competition post on their social media profile.

3. Each share of the competition post will count as one additional entry, as long as all other entry criteria are met.

4. Closing Date: The competition closes on Friday, 31st May at 4:30 PM GMT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize: Two winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive their MOT paid for by Cartopia | GDK.

6. Winner Notification: The winners will be chosen at random and notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered within 7 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Prize Fulfillment: Upon notification, the winners will be required to provide their contact details and arrange the redemption of their MOT prize directly with Cartopia | GDK.

8. Publicity: By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [Country] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. Agreement to Terms: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. Amendments: Cartopia | GDK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

11. Disqualification: Cartopia | GDK reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches the entry requirements or where there is suspicion of manipulation or fraud.
